Shipping policy

Most items are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will usually ship from us within 10 business days. Once USPS or UPS has your package, most shipping times are 2-5 business days. Cria Creations does not have any control over how long it takes an item to get to you once we had it off to the shipper. Any questions regarding tracking of your package needs to be addressed to the shipper. We see the same thing that you do on your tracking information.
